Specifications include, but are not limited to: Description of Services: PHASE I-REMODEL 1. Remodel of existing 48,000 sf charter school (sf to be verified by Proposer) 2. Interior painting of all classrooms, bathrooms, offices, gym and common spaces 3. New carpet (replace) in all currently carpeted spaces 4. New high traffic, commercial grade flooring in school main entryway. Existing VCT in main hallways to remain. 5. Bathrooms: student bathrooms and adult single occupancy bathrooms to receive paint, new high traffic, commercial grade flooring, new privacy partitions, new sinks in student bathrooms and 5' tile wainscot 6. Addition of accent lighting in featured areas of the building 7. Reconfiguration of front office entry area 8. Installation of a comprehensive security system including: surveillance cameras, perimeter door controls, installation of remote controlled interior hallway doors, visitor check in system, access control, lockdown/lockout capability 9. Installation of large format graphics-wall coverings and new interior and exterior signage Description of Services: PHASE II-ADDITION 1. Build a 12,000 sf (approximation) addition to the existing Renaissance Academy building 2. Addition will consist of 6 classrooms, required bathrooms, additional parking as required, common area circulation space.
