A. Yard Care Services 1. Mowing and trimming all lawn areas. 2. Pruning of shrubs and low-hanging tree limbs. 3. Application of herbicides and pesticides as needed to maintain a clean and healthy landscape. 4. Weeding of all flowerbeds, rock beds, and landscaped areas. 5. Blowing or sweeping of all sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas following maintenance. 6. Disposal of all debris from the site after each service. 7. Damage prevention—contractor shall take reasonable care to avoid damage to vehicles, curbing, structures, sprinkler heads, or plantings. 8. Spring and fall cleanup (including removal of leaves, branches, and accumulated debris). B. Snow Removal Services 9. Removal of snow from drives and walkways before 8:00 a.m. when overnight accumulation exceeds 1–2 inches (to be determined by property: senior properties at 1", family properties at 2"). 10. Removal of any daytime accumulation that creates unsafe or obstructed access. 11. Application of ice melt as necessary. Ice melt shall be billed at a per-bag rate and listed separately on invoices.
