The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a construction requirement which consists of all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision to demolish and replace the Henry Mountain Field Station. The upgrades including, but not limited to, the following:
a. Constructs a new field station and warehouse building.
b. Incorporate new pavilions.
c. Move the public toilet so that parking can be more accommodating.
d. Replace all existing asphalt in site road and parking area around the field station.
e. Construct open area in place of old building that is being taken down.
f. 80% of landscaping to be native plants for xeriscaping.
g. Replace north fence with a privacy fence.
h. Install new retention facility to contain runoff.
i. Replace existing culinary water main.
