If window trim or other items come loose or fall during cleaning vendor must notify the eligible user. Care must be taken to insure safety of valuable and historical furnishings. Cleaning material must have repelling capabilities. Cleaning should also include any camera lens and glass door enclosures Interior Window Cleaning Services. Interior window cleaning services. Involves cleaning of windows, glazing, glass doors, stained glass, frames, sills, recessed windows, mineral stain treatment if needed, etc. If window trim or other items come loose or fall during cleaning vendor must notify the eligible user. Special care must be taken to avoid damaging interior surfaces. Care must be taken to insure safety of valuable and historical furnishings. Blind and Drapery Cleaning Services. Cleaning Blinds and Drapery. Individual window cleaning projects may vary greatly in size, frequency, and scope. This may require vendor to attend a site visit to properly quote the project. Projects include cleaning of windows, glazing, glass doors, stained glass, frames, etc. for commercial buildings across the State of Utah. Vendors may submit a proposal in response to a single region, multiple regions, or all regions throughout the State. See Regional Map in Buyer Attachments section. Finished glass surfaces must be free from smudges, sponge runs, soap film and other obstructions considered removable. Individual jobs may require the cleaning of drains, rain gutters, or skylights. Repelling equipment for rope work will be of a kind that will not damage or puncture holes in the roof surfaces. Weekend and after hours options may be required for some projects. Environmentally friendly cleaning products may be preferred by some eligible users.
