Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Offeror will be expected to provide strategic communications services similar to, but not limited to the following: Planning ● Development, with the Utah Inland Port Authority Staff, an annual communications plan o Earned media outline o Owned media outline o Including audience identification o Objectives o Priorities o Rebrand o Paid media outline o Events o Cultivate partnerships Advisement and Strategy ● Strategic advising and consulting for upper management and by extension the governing board. o Including long-term visioning and objective focus o This work is detailed and in-depth ● Briefing plans and advisement on additional organizational structure ● Advisement and relationship building with partner government agencies ● Strategic advisement and relationship support for statewide projects ● Participate in executive leadership meetings/retreat ● Advise and consult from the organization perspective with other consultants ● Develop long-term Authority wide communications materials ● Board of Director meetings support General Communications Services ● Maintain and manage communications task lists and calendars ● Serve as PIO ● Facilitate and manage graphic designer and access/relationship to other staff ● Earned media execution ● Media relations ● Crisis communications support ● Content drafting and editing for media and board business ● Drafting, editing and supporting production of materials and collateral ● Draft, execute and send newsletter and sustainably reports ● Support business development outreach strategy and communications materials ● Website basic content update quarterly ● Presentation support ● Paid media – develop, design and buy ● Talking points ● Manage partnership communications i.e., ASPIRE; RMP ● Materials – organization wide ● External stakeholder opportunities ● Support community outreach ● Support and identify research needs ● Partnership/ sponsorship organization-wide opportunities ● Public information support ● Support FAQ and public questions/content ● Research – develop a series of Qualtrics outreach surveys to key stakeholders ● Rebrand efforts: lead in selecting, managing and executing a rebrand effort under the directions of leadership
