lpine School District (ASD), in coordination with the Utah Chinese Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Program, invites proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive curriculum including a digital platform. The solution should support project-based Chinese language instruction and assessment for Grades 1-9, aligned with the redesigned AP Chinese Language and Culture Exam and ACTFL proficiency guidelines for all Chinese immergent students in the State of Utah. The goal is to select a transformative educational platform that enhances student proficiency, supports real-world communication, enables actionable data collection, and fosters cultural competency. This will be a cooperative agreement for participating LEA's in the state of Utah to use. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
