Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintenance and Janitorial services at the Price Port of EntryThe Price Port of Entry is located on the East and West bound sides of SR-6 Mile marker 238; Daily Duties: (Including weekends and holidays, except when closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s days) Clean all Glass doors and frames Duties:(Including weekends and holidays, except when closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s days -Work will be done every other day) Vacuum all carpets. Sweep, mop, and spray buff all tile flooring. Spot clean hallway and restroom walls, including removal of graffiti. Clean and polish drinking fountains. (Note: If there are maintenance problems, confer with the State Representative to resolve the issues.) Clean and sanitize restroom toilets, sinks, urinals, floors, walls, mirrors, showers and partitions. Keep drains clean by adding water or drain cleaner as directed by the State Representative. Empty all trash from containers. Replace all trash can liners daily or as needed. Keep the area around the trash dumpster clean. Remove litter (including cigarette butts) from planter areas and sidewalks. Clean Windows and counters in the driver's lobby. Vacuum employees entry area. Dust employee work counters and desks as instructed by the State Representative
