Specifications include, but are not limited to: The repair services involved in this contract will include but is not limited to: welding; electrical; hydraulics; computer spreader control's; dump body rebuild, install, repair; and replacement; Viking Cives tow plow repair; repair, install, and rebuild various brands of spreaders; repair of snow and ice trucks; repair of trailers; service body repairs and platform repairs; emergency lighting; install hydraulic cylinders and snow plows. The contractor must be knowledgeable in all of these areas. Prior to beginning repair, but after any diagnostic and/or teardown work, the awarded vendor must submit and itemized, written, no charge estimate for labor and materials for any amount.
