Specifications include, but are not limited to: The various Project Work Categories and Equipment Rental is defined as follows: Asphalt Paving - Includes asphalt paving jobs that may include rotomilling, asphalt pavement removal, soft spot repair, roadway excavation, pavement reconstruction, asphalt paving, surface treatments and any pavement associated reconstructs (manhole, catch basins, valve boxes, etc). This may include subgrade as well as asphalt section Vendors need to be able to provide, including but not limited to the following: Haul trucks and transport, Paver, Rollers, Compactor, Tac Truck, and all other equipment required for paving projects. Drainage Work - Includes drainage focused jobs that may include culvert removal, installation, cleaning, lining, inspection and ditching cleaning. This would require any associated roadway excavation, trenching, and pavement repair. Vendors need to be able to provide, including but not limited to the following: Haul trucks and transport, Excavator, Backhoe, trench boxes, compactor, saw cutting, and all other equipment required to clean, install, backfill and complete pavement section for drainage installation. Excavation - Includes project work focused on earthwork, excavation, grading, and embankment. Vendors need to be able to provide, including but not limited to the following: Excavators, Skid-Steer, Backhoe, Haul Trucks and Transport and all other equipment required for excavation projects. General Work - Includes miscellaneous project work that is not primarily covered in Asphalt Paving, Drainage Work, Excavation or Equipment Rental. Equipment Rental - Includes equipment rental and skilled labor operators. UDOT Representatives will request rates (hourly/daily/weekly) for the type of equipment necessary. Vendors need to be able to provide equipment and operators, including but not limited to the following: Excavators, Mini-Excavators, Skid-Steer, Backhoe, Haul Truck and Transport, Dozer, Loader, Light Towers, Snow Removal Equipment, Sweeper/Broom, Transport Truck, Flatbed, Water Truck, Laborer, Skilled Laborer
