Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Contractor will need to have property marked by Blue Stakes prior to construction. Work areas must be kept clean and free of debris during construction. • Contractor is responsible for trench meeting all of Moon Lake Electric Associations specifications and passing inspection. UCA will provide MLEA contact information to contractor. • Contractor to install qty. 2, 10" X 48" steel bollards at corners of transformer, no greater than 5' apart. • MLEA to install transformer and transformer base. • MLEA to install conduit and conductors. • Contractor to backfill as indicated in attached specifications. The soil at the site is rocky, clean fill and bedding below and above conduit will most likely be required. • Finished project must be clean, even, and match the existing contour and landscaping at the facility. • Access to other communication facilities at the site must not be completely blocked by open trench at any time during construction. Contractor to coordinate with MLEA start times. • Permitting for the project has been completed by MLEA, UCA, and Roosevelt City. • Payment for project will be made to contractor after the job is complete and meets both MLEA and UCA specifications and inspections.
