Specifications include, but are not limited to: Talent Purchase: Work with necessary booking and talent agents to secure booking rights of a high level artist in the country music genre. Artist payment: Pay all associated booking fees related to securing artist including: Pre-concert payment deposit and day of final payment as required by contract All hospitality rider requirements as required by artist rider contract to include but not limited to: All lodging and accommodations, all transportation to/from hotel and venue, all required food, meals, snacks, drinks, deliveries, dining and diet requirements. Per Draper City Ordinance, alcoholic beverages are not permitted in city facilities. Promoter would not be able to honor any Artists requirements regarding providing Alcohol at the Arena. All technical rider requirements for lighting as required by contract to include but not limited to: stage lighting, production lights, spotlights, fills, cyc, lighting technician or director or required staff, video production, etc. All technical rider requirements for audio as required by contract to meet artist’s specifications including but not limited to: microphones, instruments, backline, instrument mics, soundboard, sound technicians, speakers, speaker placement, etc. All portable stage requirements as per artist contract including delivery, set-up, security, take-down and removal. Any venue needs not currently established at the Arena, i.e.: portable tents, folding chairs and tables, spectator seats, floor mats, cables and cords, generators, etc. will be the responsibility to the Promoter to provide. All communication needs prior to event between artist, artists management or booking agency will be handled by promoter Address artist’s talent agency or management’s requirements regarding ticket counts, advertising approvals, guest lists, etc.
