Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Remove existing metal roofing and dispose. • Install new 24 gauge fascia metal to cover the fascia that is now covered by metal roof. • Install new factory painted 90 degree drip edge around perimeter of roof. • Install Ice and Water Shield per code and warranty specifications. Ice and water will be installed at eaves, valleys, around chimneys, swamp coolers, skylights, pipes and side walls. Install 6 ft. of ice and water shield up the eves. • Install new GAF "Tiger Paw" synthetic underlayment over balance of roof. • Install GAF Pro-Start starter shingle on all eaves and rake. • Install GAF Timberline High Definition Lifetime Architectural Shingles in six nail pattern. • Install GAF Snow Country Ridge vent along all ridges. • Install GAF Seal-A-Ridge Hip and Ridge Accessory Shingles on all hips and ridges. If only west half is selected, fabricate and install a custom metal ridge cap.
