The design shall include the following: a. Evaluate whether implementation of a single pipeline or two separate pipelines would be more effective, considering factors such as cost, performance, and operational efficiency. b. Coordinate with the City of South Salt Lake, Millcreek City, Utah Department of Transportation, Utah Transit Authority, and other affected agencies. c. Connection details to connect the new pipeline to the existing distribution system, including connections to water lines ranging from 6-inch to 12-inch in diameter, fire lines, retail service meters, and wholesale meters. d.
