The purpose of this Request for Bid is to establish a contract or issue a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest priced bid for the installation of a chain link fence at Snow College. Below are the details of the proposed work: Scope of Work Fence Type: Standard galvanized chain link fence Height: 8 feet Total Length: Approximately 306 feet (Vendor is responsible for final measurements) Gates: One (1) 10-foot wide double swing gate (two 5-foot panels) One (1) 3-foot wide pedestrian swing gate (man gate) Final gate locations to be determined by the Snow College Project Manager Materials and Installation Posts: Galvanized steel posts set in concrete footings (minimum 24" depth or per local code) Top Rail: Continuous galvanized steel top rail Fencing: 9-gauge galvanized chain link Tension Wire: Bottom tension wire for added stability Fittings & Hardware: All necessary galvanized fittings, caps, and ties Gates: Welded galvanized steel frames with appropriate hinges, latches, and locking mechanisms Concrete: Minimum 2,500 PSI concrete mix for all post footings Site Preparation: Post holes will need to be dug by awarded vendor Cleanup: All debris and excess materials will be removed upon project completion Timeline
