Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work included in this Contract shall be for the snow removal within the Village ofOak Brook in the areas specified on the attached map (Annex A). It shall includeplowing and application of rock salt at rates specified by the owner's representative.Salt shall be pre- wet with calcium chloride solution at rates specified by the owner'srepresentative. Salt and calcium chloride will be supplied by the Village at the storagefacility located at 3003 Jorie Blvd, Oak Brook, IL. The parking lot and sidewalks at theVillage of Oak Brook Public Library will be cleared prior to opening times. The parkinglots and sidewalks around the Butler Government Center will be cleared prior to 6:00a.m. on business days. All other roads within the contact area will be clear within 3hours of the end of any snow event measuring 1.5" or greater. Operations willcommence within 1.5 hours of call-out by the Village's Representative. Anti-icingoperations will commence within 1.5 hours after call-out by the Village's Representative.Anti-icing operations will consist of spreading pre- wetted salt.
