1. Monitor alarms at each CSD location from a centralized, UL-certified location, 24 hours per day, seven (7) days a week, 365 days per year. 2. Using CSD's verified response policy, the supplier will notify authorized District personnel to respond to alarm drops. Such CSD personnel will verify the problem, report any action to be taken by either notifying the location's custodian, principal, or local police. The CSD personnel will also give direction to the monitoring company on all alarm drops. 3. The supplier will monitor basic intrusion using door contacts, motion detectors, photoelectric beams, microwave and visual reports by patrons. 4. Monitor domestic water flow, freezer temperatures, building temperatures, power alarms, phone system alarms, test timers, water and fire sensors. 5. Monitor school opening and closing schedules with verification of after-hour events, as well as observe weekends and holiday events. 6. The supplier must make available from a secure website a detailed event history for each location. 7. In the event of an alarm drop, CSD requires the supplier to contact CSD personnel in a sequential order: The alarm responder on call, the Lead, the Risk Management Coordinator, and then the Facilities Services Director. 8. CSD will be responsible for all purchase, maintenance, and service of all communication equipment.
