Specifications include, but are not limited to:. A. Contractor shall provide security consulting and on-call services at City owned facilities for City’s Public Utilities Department on an “as needed” basis. The services may include work at any of SLCDPU’s locations including: three City-owned water treatment plants (“WTPs”) of City Creek (“CCWTP”), Parleys (“PWTP”), and Big Cottonwood (“BCWTP”); one Water Reclamation Facility (“SLCWRF”), West Temple Campus; 500 South Campus; and at remote locations throughout the water supply, distribution system, sewer collection, reservoirs, irrigation management, and stormwater systems. The needs of this project may vary by location and application. This work will include installing, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment and software for access control (keypads, card readers, automatic gates) and video (security cameras, process control cameras). This work may also include consulting and planning services for upgrades and future implementations of security hardware and software.
