Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement of interior finishes including but not limited to carpeting, resilient flooring, wall base, wall protection, painting, floor finish replacement, wood veneer paneling, cabinet surface refinishing. Modify and elevate existing raised flooring system to allow for new supervisor stations. Install sound baffling above existing suspended ceiling systems at dispatch area. Replace mechanical system(s) servicing the existing server and communications room. Replace all interior lighting fixtures, install lighting controls and sensor systems. Modify internal power infrastructure and provide new power panels as required. Provide new communication cabling and power systems to new dispatch consoles. Replace access control and CCTV systems. Coordinate with Owner provided Vendors in replacement of all dispatch console stations and new technology systems.
