Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation invites you to bid on Dimple Dell Recreation Center Chemical Storage Renovation located at 10670 S. 1000 E. Sandy City, Ut. Project will include constructing a covered and partially enclosed structure on the exterior of the existing building for the storage of swimming pool chemicals. Other work includes providing new storage containers for the chemical and making the applicable pipe connections to the space from the existing interior chemical storage. Construct new outdoor chemical storage area adjacent to the existing chemical storage room and pool equipment room. Storage area to include retention area for two large chemical containers and additional drums as shown on attached drawings. Storage area to be covered and partially open to exterior for venting. Coordinate routing of chemical fill ports into pool equipment room and existing equipment control system. On-Site Work Hours: Limit work in the existing building to normal business working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless otherwise indicated.
