Salem City requests bids from experienced contractors to complete construction of new curb and gutter, a concrete ADA ramp and asphalt trail on the west side of Woodland Hills Drive from 180 North to Salem Canal known as SALEM CITY - 2 DRAGONS TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS, 2025 . Construction work, in general, consists of providing materials and labor to install 1,300 linear feet of curb and gutter, 13,000 square feet of asphalt trail, 3,900 square feet of stamped concrete, and storm drain facilities including but not limited to the potholing and locating existing utilities, sawcutting, removal and proper disposal of existing asphalt, installation of stormwater detention facilities and restoration of surfaces behind the improvements.
