As Project Advisory Board members, the four (4) vendors are projected to provide a minimum of 12 hours but no more than 55 hours of service a year, with responsibilities that include but are not limited to the following: Ensure OJJDP grant short-term and long-term objectives in compliance with federal grant guidelines and program objectives; Attend quarterly Project Advisory Board meetings; Ensure compliance with project deliverables; Travel occasionally to attend meetings, trainings, and conduct grant activity; Work to maintain sustainability of programs beyond grant funding; Develop and provide training an instruction in areas relevant and unique to the representation of juveniles in delinquency proceedings in Utah.
