1) Review the existing infrastructure. 2) Evaluate the Document provided by CSL and the Oakley Rodeo Committee and review the recommendations. 3) Observe and review operations, participant and spectator flows throughout the upcoming rodeo event. 4) Provide schematic plan improvements including size and capacity. 5) Provide master plan services for phasing and construction of new facilities both in the current construction phase and for future development. The project may involve the following potential improvements as well as others that may be discovered during the evaluation period. 1. Expansion of bleacher seating capacity. 2. Redesign of pedestrian, equine and vehicular traffic flows and control systems including but not limited to the interaction between the indoor arena and the main arena, bleacher areas, and animal and participant areas. 3. Evaluation of greater traffic pattern into and out of site from SR-32 for thoughtful access and egress.
