Salt Lake County (“County”) is seeking responses to this Request for Information (RFI) from qualified firms (“Proposer” or “Developer”) for the long-term ground lease and development of a portion of parcel number 27-35-176-0050, located at 1040 W 12800 S, Riverton, Utah, within the Riverbend Golf Course property. The County is exploring opportunities to enhance public use of the site while honoring existing recreational, conservation, and community values. This RFI is for information-gathering purposes only and will help inform the potential issuance of a formal Request for Proposals (RFP).
