Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. South Valley Water Reclamation Facility (“SVWRF”) intends to conduct a sole source procurement for the removal of all settled grit and other material from the floor of SVWRF’s aeration basin(s) while protecting the existing aeration system from damage or abuse. The SVWRF intends to negotiate the terms of the procurement, including price and schedule, to ensure they are in the best interest of the SVWRF. SVWRF has determined there is only one source for this procurement and that transitional costs are unreasonable and that it is in the best interest of SVWRF to engage in this procurement without the unnecessary expense of engaging in a standard procurement process.
