Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Removal and replacement of a Horizontal 596-gallon steam heat exchanger water tank. •Tank and exchanger to be built in place. •Tank must meet ASME Standards Section VIII Division I, Unfired Pressure Vessel Specifications •Tank need to meet original operational specs - see picture. •Disconnect and reconnect all plumbing, pneumatics, controls, pumps, etc. associated with the tank. •Rerouting of any piping to and from tank if needed. •Insulation of the tank and piping with PVC and metal jacketing where needed. •Labeling and identification of all piping associated with the project. •Removal of all project material associated with project demolition. •Project must be completed within 2 week time frame including availability of all equipment and materials.
