For prior approval we’ll need company profile, qualifications/experience, and certification from Sarnafil. This information must be emailed to kbrinkerhoff@alpinedistrict.org prior to submission. Plumbing separation and reinstallation Gas line – Dominion Energy will run a new line from the road and set a new meter. The contractor will be responsible for hooking up everything after the new meter. Building skirting – remove and reuse existing Work by others (will require coordination): Modular building relocation Site utilities Fire alarm Intercom Low voltage Access control Awnings Stairs/ramps
