Specifications include, but are not limited to: The agency selected will partner with marketing and communications advisors from each entity to develop a style guide that considers the following: A new logo for each entity, two with new entity names: Governor’s Office Lt. Governor’s Office Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity Some entities will continue to use the state seal and/or the Governor and Lt. Governor’s respective seals in official instances, but common, day-to-day logo use will transition to a new brand mark. Consideration for how each brand mark will fit into the broader scope of the four entities of the Governor’s Office Entities have graphic designers, communications advisors, and staff, etc., who will be involved in applying the new logo and in approval of all materials. Budget The style guide and new brand marks/logos for the entities are not to exceed $15,000. Timeline Proposals are required by April 30, 2021, at 3 p.m. MDT. After selection, the chosen agency will work with Governor’s Office staff.
