Weber State University is soliciting Requests for Proposals for a Compensation Consultant per the attached RFP document. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to obtain consulting services for analysis and recommendation related to staff compensation. Specifically, this would include a thorough evaluation of the current staff salary structure of Weber State University, a total compensation analysis comparing Weber State’s benefit package to other regional and higher education institutions, and an FLSA exemption status review of up to 50 campus positions currently classified as exempt. The University is examining several alternatives of providing this product and/or service and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement.
