Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract, with a qualifiedvendor that can provide an online bookstore services of the highest quality to the College. The vendor willsupply/provide adopted textbooks for the College on both campuses (Ephraim and Richfield), as well as the IVCcourses. The vendor will provide these online services for the students to order textbooks, and then ship them tothe College’s campus store, or directly to the students. We retain the right to publish our own lab manuals, orother self published materials for courses and may sell those in our campus store. The College also reserve theright to publish alternative sources for all class materials. The College will not purchase materials to sell to students, except for those listed above and/or if the bookstore vendor can not obtain the resources needed. Vendors will agree not to list or sell “recommended books” to the students that are outside those given by the faculty members. The vendor shall provide these services in accordance with the requirements and specifications provided in this Request for Proposal (RFP)
