Specifications include, but are not limited to: Draper City sets up an extensive Christmas/Holiday lighting display each year in the main Draper City Park, and several smaller venues. All light strands and extension cords are owned and stored by Draper City, and will be delivered to the contractor on a daily basis, as needed. Each box or crate of strands that is issued by Draper City Staff to contractor will indicate how many strands are in each issue and must be acknowledged by contractor with initials. All care should be taken to return the same # of strands as were issued and to let City Staff know when strands were damaged or cut or thrown away. All light strands to be used are LED lights (standard commercial 50 lights per strand and some G12 LED). Light strands throughout this RFP means a standard commercial 50 lights LED strand, unless otherwise stated. Draper City will provide electrical power to the base of each tree or site. The number of light strands to be used is a general guide based on the size of each tree. In all cases each tree should look “full” of lights from the top of the tree to the bottom of the canopy of branches. Branches should be wrapped individually with lights and not just looped
