Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow College Continuing Education is requesting assistance from a company to provide online classes in the Continuing Education arena. The goal of this agreement is to provide classes that are based online, available at any time of day, and in a large variety of areas, including technical certifications. The requested classes are generally for upskilling an individual and would have relevance in businesses of all areas. Snow College is looking for a company to provide access to a secure hosting website that is branded both as the company and Snow College that we can link to from our website. The website will list all class options, have instructions on how to register for courses, and have an online payment portal set up for students. The company will be handling all payments from the students and then sending Snow College the portion that is allocated for Snow. In addition, the company will also handle any technical support questions asked by the students in relation to the content of classes. The build out time frame once awarded a contract is one month. A cloud-based solution is required.
