Specifications include, but are not limited to: As requested by the Agency, Consultant shall provide the following services as requested: A. Creation and design of advertisements for the sale of one or more commercial properties. B. Creation and design of annual reports, with the first being due April 1, 2015. Work on said annual report will begin promptly upon commencement of the agreement. C. Creation and design of outdoor and indoor signage. D. Creation and design of informational and marketing brochures, pamphlets, flyers, and folders. E. Neighborhood, Project Area, and organizational branding activities including research, design and presentation of campaign results. F. Coordination with the Agency, graphic designers, artists, printing and production companies, other city departments, and other entities doing business with the Agency, during the process of creation, design, and production, as directed by the Agency.
