The City is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents to host monthly PAAB meetings, set agendas, facilitate discussions, contribute to strategy, and advance projects. They will collaborate with the PAAB, the City’s Art Coordinator, and City departments to determine project parameters and fund allocation, oversee the creation and execution of Requests for Proposals (“RFPs”), and support the PAAB in reviewing proposals and selecting artists. The selected Respondent will also oversee the contracting, execution, and installation of public art projects, manage the City's art collection, and implement the City's Percent for Art program, which mandates that 1% of the construction cost of major capital projects be allocated for the acquisition of artwork.
