Specifications include, but are not limited to: As part of a summer concert series, the City of Orem is asking for proposals to produce and co-sponsor an End of Summer Concert Event. The anticipated dates are August 13th and 14th. The location of the event will be the City Center Park performance stage. No other stages or platforms can be added to the park during this event. An agreement regarding sound levels and performance times will be reached with the selected Respondent and Orem City. Orem City will co-sponsor the event and arrange for food trucks. Retail booths generally will not be allowed, but Orem City is open to recommendations in the proposal. This is not a ticketed event but rather a community end of summer celebration.
