This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is for the Maintenance and repair services of thirty (30) water/ice machines for the 309 Aircra Maintenance Support Group (AMXG) at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah. The make and model of the machines are included in Attachment 3. These services will include quarterly maintenance of each
machine and unscheduled maintenance and repair as needed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be established in accordance with FAR 13.303. The place of performance and acceptance is Hill AFB, Utah.
