UTA is seeking one or more qualified firms to provide turnkey contracted transit services. The purpose of this service is to provide efficient and effective transit service to areas of lower population density not currently served by other transit modes, consistent with UTA policy. This procurement supports seamless, innovative transit services within and across multiple Innovative Mobility Zones (IMZs). All services will be ADA-accessible and managed through a single, UTA-branded app that integrates with its preferred trip planner, Transit App. This procurement will enable a range of solutions, from Transportation as a Service - including microtransit, TNC trips, low-ridership shuttles, and flexible holiday operations - to software and consulting services.
