Specifications include, but are not limited to: Medical physical examinations (physicals) for: • post-offer, pre-employment • police officers, fire fighters, and some other City employees • Department of Transportation (DOT) for Commercial Drivers’ License (CDL) • fitness for duty for any City employee, as required. (2) Drug and alcohol testing for: • post-offer, pre-employment • reasonable suspicion • random drug testing • DOT compliance for CDL (3) Initial and ongoing treatment for industrial injuries and coordination with City’s ThirdParty Administrator for Workers’ Compensation ; Communicable disease monitoring, testing, and treatment including, but not limited to: hepatitis, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and bloodborne pathogens exposure (BBPE), tuberculosis, and flu
