Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide Monster Truck Rally Services on October 2, 2021, and future dates upon mutual party agreement with the following Scope of Services: a. Plan, promote, and produce a Monster Truck Rally in the West Jordan Rodeo Arena i. Provide drivers and vehicles. ii. Solicit sponsors. iii. Provide the required staff to run the event and races; iv. Provide all gear, flags, computers, and all necessary equipment. v. Contractor will be responsible to have adequate tow truck services on-site for towing of vehicles between each heat (if necessary). b. Plan, promote, and produce a show that will attract a crowd and be entertaining. i. Provide oversight for the preparation of the arena. ii. Design and construction of the arena will be the sole responsibility of the awarded contractor. The Contractor will also be responsible for all fill material and needed equipment to create the track inside the arena.
