Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Act as the owner’s representative and primary point of contact for communication related to the project. •Collaborate with the selected AE team to provide a detailed design of the technical spaces including pathways for appropriate circulation and security. •Conduct quality assurance/quality control reviews and cost estimates at each design milestone •Collaborate with the selected AE team to provide a detailed security matrix to address access control systems, security monitoring, bullet resistant separations, site standoff and perimeter protection. •Collaborate with the selected AE team to provide a technology/audio-visual summary identifying room by room needs through joint coordination with stakeholders, city IT and the AE teams IT/AV consultants.
