Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Establish an agreement with a qualified contractor for development and use of a City owned network for expanded delivery of broadband services to residents and businesses. 2. Select a partner that can complete system design, engineering, construction, operation, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement, as well as end user customer service and maintenance. 3. Establish competitive rates for various tiers of symmetrical, high-speed Internet service, such as 100 Mbps, 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and up to 10 Gbps. 4. Provide a portfolio of other optional value-added services to Lehi City’s market, which may include residential and/or business phone services, television services, managed Wi-Fi, and business transport. 5. Select a partner that demonstrates a financially viable business relationship supported by sound experience in understanding market conditions, realistic expectations and calculations of take rate, and the development of competitive tired service offerings that support it now and in the future.
