Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mowing, Trimming, and Edging of Lawn Areas: --The following services to be performed weekly beginning the last full week of April and continuing thru the second full week of October: --Mowing all lawn areas to a 2 ½" to 3" height --Weekly soft trimming all edges adjacent to shrub beds, trees, and buildings, tree trunks to be protected from damage. --Hard blade edging adjacent to concrete and asphalt as needed --Cleanup grass clipping and other debris caused by mowing --All mowing to be done using mulching/recycling equipment Trimming of Shrubs and Trees: --To be maintained as needed and not less than twice per year --Pruning of all trees --Trimming of all shrubs --Clean up of all clippings and debris.
