This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA8201-25-Q-0034 is issued as a request for proposal (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, 17 January 2025. and its supplements.
- Delivery: The anticipated delivery is 90 days ARO.
- Quote Validity: Submitted quotes must remain valid until September 30, 2025.
This requirement is to procure functional Landing Zone (LZ) Package in accordance with DAFMAN 13-217. The complete kit includes: Laser Range Finder, Marking Panels, K-100AD Airfield Deluxe DCP with Driver Rod and Tips, Radio Pouches, Measuring Wheels, Garmin GPS Devices and GPS Watches, Kestrel Weather Meters, Plate Carriers, Binoculars, Stakes, Mallet, Rucksacks, Pelican Cases, and Storage Units.

All quotes will be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Award will be made to the vendor with the lowest price that also meets the requirements listed in the List of Materials.
**The due date for all proposals is 24 September, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. MST.** To allow for the Government to assess the inquiry and provide a response send all questions and quotes to Contracting Officer.
