Specifications include, but are not limited to: The facility is located at 5624 South Cougar Lane (4800 West) in Kearns, Utah. • The project will consist of constructing a seasonal air supported membrane structure over our existing outdoor recreation pool. The structure will be approximately 18,400 s.f. • HVAC system and equipment and backup generator are to be included. • There are several access points and connections that need to be accommodated into the design of the membrane structure (see diagram 1). • The air supported dome structure will be used seasonally in the Fall, Winter and Spring and must have the ability to be removed for the Summer season. • We are looking for a design/build approach to this project. • The facility will not be available to do onsite work during our summer season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend). • The ideal successful firm will develop and provide designs, drawings, labor, materials, permits, tools, equipment and insurance necessary but not limited to completing the Air Supported Dome Structure project. Any design and engineering necessary for the project will be included by the firm.
