Specifications include, but are not limited to: Granite School District is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified vendors to provide K-12 Security Plan Consultation Services. Contractor will research, organize, and draft a security plan for Granite District which is consistent with the Department of Homeland Security’s, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency K-12 Security Guide (3rd Edition). This will include, but is not limited to: Reviewing existing documentation, processes, response plans, coordinating additional research with Granite District Police Department, Granite District Emergency Management Department, and others as pertinent. Produce final plan to be consistent with district philosophies and goals which are expected to be refined in the plan’s development. The plan must be responsive to a district vision, with clear goals and actionable objectives. Plan must address reducing/eliminating weapons on school campus Reduce vulnerabilities from outside attacks Reduce vulnerabilities from inside attacks Reduce vulnerabilities from other crimes not related to weapons Create uniform check-in/ entry procedure for: elementary campus’ junior high campus’ senior Highschool campus’
