Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Technical Assistance: Vendor shall provide technical assistance for all JPEC courses and modules. This includes support for any users who experience technical difficulties while completing a course or module, as well as support for users who have questions about the process of completing a course or module. • Hosting: Vendor shall provide hosting for the online courses, including a JPEC specific web domain, a testing and live environment for the modules, website security and troubleshooting, and will ensure full functionality and access to all courses and modules. • Reporting and Tracking: Vendor shall develop and maintain a method to track user completion of modules and courses. Vendor shall coordinate with survey contractor to ensure functionality and accuracy of tracking. Vendor shall work with survey contractor to report course completions to the Utah State Bar on a weekly, or more frequent, basis during the course administration period. • Maintenance: Vendor shall provide ongoing course maintenance, including updating courses with current and relevant content, updating course functionality, technical repairs and updates to courses and modules, and restructuring of the course order (including changes to the offered modules at the start of each implementation cycle). • Module Updates: Vendor shall work with JPEC to update and develop content for all training modules about judicial performance evaluation-related topics for attorney education. The modules shall be an interactive, professional-quality, visually-appealing production that engages the attorney audience, provides accurate information, and promotes adult learning in an online environment. The vendor shall provide voice-over; slide production, including graphic design elements; and guidance on any additional elements (e.g., photography, video) produced for the modules.
