Specifications include, but are not limited to: SNOW BLOWER DRIVE: All hydraulic drive requiring 50 gpm @ 4000 PSI input from wheel loader. (no self-contained power unit on blower) Impeller drive to be hydraulic motor with direct drive, bypass set to 4000 psi. ( no shear pins) Auger motor: hydraulic motor with chain drive reduction, (no shear pins) bypass set to 2200 psi. Auger chain to be located in protected housing and have greaseable tensioner. 50 gpm kit to be 24 VDC. LOADING CHUTE: The chute shall be minimum of 10-inch diameter and consist of two (2) vertical sections and two (2) horizontal defectors. Hydraulically controlled chute with replaceable wear pads on vertical sections. Hydraulically controlled deflector. Hydraulically controlled rotation of chute is 270⁰ with replaceable wear pads on rotational mounting surface. Loading chute shall be manufactured from 10 gauge steel minimum, with 3/8” reinforcing ribs on deflectors. IMPELLER AND IMPELLER CASING: The impeller shall be 32” minimum diameter. The impeller shall have five (5) welded blades from 3/8” material. Hydraulic control side discharge 45⁰ left or right with replaceable wear pads on rotational mounting surface. Blower shall have a minimum side discharge distance of 100’. AUGERS: Snow blower shall have two (2) 16” diameter augers (one above the other). Augers shall be interchangeable with each other. Augers shall have some type of aggressive tabs for the purpose of cutting ice and breaking hard pack snow. Augers shall have open type flighting. Auger to be mounted with 1 ½” greasable bearings.
