The project will be a “DESIGN BUILD” including greens, tees, fairways, rough, bunkers and cart paths for the back nine located at Canyon Hills Golf Course in Nephi, Utah. 1. Mobilization – General Site Prep A. Measurement and Payment shall be made by the lump sum and lump sum price shown on the bid schedule. Progress payments may be made, at the discretion of the Director of Golf, which reflect the proportionate completion of the work under this item. B. Payment Covers: 1. Insurance. 2. Cost to move equipment and supplies to and from the project site. 3. Cost of all permits to complete the work. 4. Supervision, lodging and indirect costs. 2. Shaping (assumed 30 acres) A. Measurement and Payment shall be made by the lump sum and lump sum price shown on the bid schedule. Progress payments may be made, at the discretion of the Director of Golf, which reflect the proportionate completion of the work under this item. B. Payment Covers: 1. Rough in Shaping 2. Clean up Shaping 3. Drainage (greens, fairways, rough and bunkers) A. Measurement and Payment shall be made by the lump sum and lump sum price shown on the bid schedule. All gravel, dirt and sand backfill required for this work. 2. All perforated and solid pipe needed 3. Drain basins and riser as needed. 4. All Labor, equipment, expendable supplies, and services required to install drainage. 5. All incidental work and permits required to install. 4. Greens and Greens Surround (assumed 80,000 square feet) A. Measurement and Payment shall be made by the lump sum and lump sum price shown on the bid schedule. Progress payments may be made, at the discretion of the Director of Golf, which reflect the proportionate completion of the work under this item. B. Payment Covers: 1. All related earthwork required in this area. 2. 9 non-USGA constructed greens and surrounding areas 3. Importing of sand, gravel, topsoil and other material needed. 5. Tee Construction (assumed 60,000 square feet) A. Measurement and Payment shall be made by the lump sum and lump sum price shown on the bid schedule. Progress payments may be made, at the discretion of the Director of Golf, which reflect the proportionate completion of the work under this item. B. Payment Covers: 1. All related earthwork required in this area. 2. Importing of sand, gravel, topsoil and other material needed. 6. Bunker Construction (assumed 25,000 square feet) A. Measurement and Payment shall be made by the lump sum and lump sum price shown on the bid schedule.
