Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bidder shall retrieve golf balls from water hazards at both golf courses. Bidder shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the service in a satisfactory manner, as determined by the Division. Bidder shall have a certified SCUBA diver retrieve the balls. Bidder shall identify retrieved balls as Grade AAA, AA, or A depending on quality according to the following guidelines: Grade AAA – Good Quality/Standard. Have some wear, but nothing to stop regular use. May have slight color variation, scuffs, or blemishes, but nothing which will affect flight and play of the ball. Will not have cuts present. Grade AA – Average Quality. Cosmetically challenged, may look worn, discolored, blemished, and scuffed. Still playable, but worn looking. Grade A – Practice Grade. Include X outs, practice balls, clear discoloration and marks. None of the balls have cuts.
