A. Provide consultation to the City Council and Planning Commission as required; B. Design and prepare plans and contract documents for streets, water, sewer, storm drainage, parks, and other capital improvement projects for the city; C. Serves as Project Engineer for Public Works projects, as requested; D. Serve as liaison with Federal, State, County and local jurisdictions; E. Prepare grant and other types of funding applications; F. Manage federally funded projects; G. Prepare and update Master Plans, reports to State and Federal Agencies, projections, and evaluations as needed; H. Provide GIS assistance; I. Provides miscellaneous GIS, design, and drafting services to other departments as needed; J. Performs other related duties as requested; K. Keep and maintain books, proper records, documents, and prepare reports required by State and Federal agencies related to City projects and infrastructure. L. Provide the City with updated files/folders and documents of assigned projects and/or contracted responsibilities on periodic basis.
