The Utah County Sheriff’s Office, is seeking proposals from qualified flight schools or certified flight instructors to provide private, instrument, and commercial flight training to pilots employed by the Sheriff’s Office. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract with a training provider who can deliver safe, high-quality, and flexible instruction that meets all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. The selected provider must: • Operate from the Spanish Fork Airport. • Provide safe, reliable aircraft and maintain a strong safety record. • Offer flexible scheduling for pilot training with minimal delays or waitlists. • Supply qualified instructors holding appropriate FAA certifications. • Ensure aircraft and instructors are available to meet training schedules of Sheriff’s Office pilots.
